ca. 1914 Wayne Oil Tank and Pump Co.Advertising Ephemera

This piece of undated ephemera was saved by Charles Harrell MORAN.  The first thing I noticed was the name L.C. GUNN.

The Moran's are related to the Gunn's through their mother, Sophia Riley Gunn Moran and she had a brother named Lyman Cephas Gunn.

I've highlighted Lyman C. Gunn's name in red.

Using the clues I found on the stationery I was able to confirm that this is the same Lyman Cephas Gunn that is related to the Moran's.  The 1914 Nashville City Directory lists Lyman Cephas Gunn and his wife Sallie as living at 1040 Seymour, the same address listed on the Wayne Oil Tank and Pump Co. stationery.  Which means this signed letter has to have a date prior to August 18, 1914 because that's when Lyman C. Gunn passed away.
